Hi, I would like to share with you all how bad Albion mods and the support run by Zendesk are in Albion if you already do not know.
TL;DR
I was muted in chat for 7 days for hate speech. However, I did not say ANYTHING hateful.
Context: I am Polish, and in Polish there are words that have different meanings based on context. I believe your native languages is the same. Some of those meanings are relatively new. So the word that I used translates directly to the English word pedal with ł instead of l. And you guessed the meaning correctly. There is a bike pedal—the thing you put your feet on and do the motion if other to ride the bike. You have three pedals in your car: clutch, break and accelerator. You also got them in piano: the right one called sustain, the left one called soft or una corda and the middle one called moderator.
So these are the uses of the word pedal. Unless you are a sweaty 16yo who never rides a bike, drives a car or has anything to do with music. Then you will use the word pedal in Polish as a homopfobic slur. Besides all that, it should not be considered homophobic at all because it just means "gay".
