With RTS controls, how do you avoid accidentally right clicking enemies when you mean to move?

I was playing with classic controls for a while, and it works well, except there's the issue of accidentally moving when you meant to click an enemy/nameplate.

So I changed to RTS controls, but now this has the problem of accidentally attacking when I mean to move.

Any advice?
