So yeah, I and a friend tried to do a group dungeon in black zone, and we wait 90 second for the entrance to close (like in solo dungeons) but people still get in the dungeon. So my question is, how much time should we wait for the entrance to close.

Im actually not quite sure here. Does the dungeon need to be fully cleared to despawn? I think i remember dungeons clsoing if : no player is inside AND a player has been inside. I shall test this sometime.
The dungeon has to be cleared info might be wrong on my part. Can't confirm or unconfirm it atm though. You're probably right and it just needs players to enter and then leave to close it after a certain amount of time.

You should wait 60 seconds in blue/yellow zones and 90 seconds in red/black zones.
