Wondering what experience other people have had with support... Generally, I've read good things on forums but my experience has been as follows:
I created a support ticket for an issue with my account as there's no online chat or phone option (which is understandable for MMO's).
At first I get a response back every two days which is acceptable and I'm able to get all my information over to the community mod.
After about three back and forth I get notified that my issue has been escalated to the 'Account management team'.
After one week of no response I update my ticket and ask if I can get an ETA...No response for another week and a half.
Meanwhile the membership I've paid for is running down and I have no other recourse... this doesn't feel like good customer service on their part. I'm wondering if this is normal or experiences for other players have been different and if there's anything else that can be done?
