[2021] Ban mistake

So today while I was harvesting I was kicked from the game and it gives me the message "this account is banned until 3/10/2220 Reason: Third party currency transactions.

I've only ever made a single purchase for gold/silver and that was when I started the game I bought some gold through the official store. Besides that when I first started the game back in February I had some friend help me out for my first few weeks. But for the past month or so I have been playing completely solo just grinding for many hours every day. I just don't understand how they came to this conclusions that I'm buying gold or silver. How common are ban mistakes like this and what are the chances support cares enough to look into this?

So some how I have been flagged for a purchased silver transaction, even though I'm broke and have been broke for a very long time? If I purchased silver, shouldn't I actually have some silver??

Their 'thorough check' has only confirmed their system is broken. So basically I just spent the last couple months getting into a game only to be banned for a false positive. Never had this happen before. Still can't believe it. Oh well, moving on.
