Got banned for seemingly no reason?? Won’t let me log in to appeal just says user account locked

As the title says I recently started over on this game, no botting no hacking; I had silver from an older character that I did port to the new character, but nothing outside of that; the game didn’t say this was allowed? Was going to work on the new character and I get an email this morning that says my new character got banned? I’ve been trying to log in to appeal the ban but it won’t let me just keeps saying user account is locked? Any advice on what I should do? I’m not lieing idek what would facilitate me getting banned if porting silver from one character to another is bannable can someone let me know? Thanks IGN: ShiningElement
