@ChristBmE @AlphaReaper0 To restore your purchases, you need to revisit the store in the game (click the ($) button). On Android it should auto reload purchases when you do that. It might take a bit to reload.

@AndyRom63008152 You can restore purchases in the store in game! On iOS, there is a restore purchases button! On Android, the purchases should auto reload. To double check to see if your purchases are restored, make a local game and check what cosmetics you have!

@OmegaOwen123 If you ordered just a plush, a majority of those have already been shipped! Orders with plush plus tshirts will hopefully be shipped before end of October! Due to manufacturing and issues related to COVID, some orders have been delayed!
