Either way, Anno 1800 is playable offline, you may have to set Ubisoft Connect into offline mode for that, though.
For a number of hours today, almost nothing was playable on Ubisoft Connect, whether online or offline, including Anno.

See, I missed that cause I was sleeping. I feel like the times that Anno is impacted are very rare, but still sorry (there, now I said it) that some of you had troubles with playing 1800 earlier today. Hope it's all back to normal now for everyone.
