[2019] EA Access content gated at a certain point?

Can anyone please provide a legitimate source showing that the content available for EA access/ origin will be gated at a certain point in the campaign for Anthem?

All the information outlets are marketing it at full unfettered access however some users on Reddit say the precedent is that the content is gated.
