That does look annoying. Right when it get's cancelled you can see a red icon pop up on the upper right corner, near your kill feed. That's likely either the packet loss or prediction error icon (I can't tell through the compression). If you have a more clear video it would be useful to know which it was. One points to bad timing with your the ISP dropping packets, the other points to a game logic error causing a misprediction, which is the only one we can actually investigate and potentially fix.

Live Team is aware of the issue, and fix is forthcoming in the next server update. (no, I can't give you an ETA... uh... Soon ™)
