Have not received my 12000 legend tokens for completing welcome pass

I’ve just started playing Apex and I completed the welcome pass. I spent 750 AC on a controller legend because for some reason it wasn’t giving me the option to use one in bot Royale. I have don’t all the challenges and I have yet to receive any form of rewards. I thought it was meant to be credited to my account upon completion like with the skins, but nothing.

I am already at level 17 and I’ve tried looking for help on the EA forums but nobody has gotten back to me. EA support is non existent with issues like this.

Is there any chance someone in the sub knows what I could possibly try to get the tokens so I don’t end up deleting the game.
