[2019] Anyone else noticing a big drop in loot quality?

Title is pretty self-explanatory.

Loot seems much lower quality than before and much harder to find. It also seems as though I’m dying much more quickly than before. Not sure if this is the case with anybody else or if I’m imagining it.
