tl;dr Support couldn't help me with the crashes.
I turned on the the game today after the Season 1 patch and (what a surprise) I crashed during the first second after jumping out of the ship. I have crashes every single game and it's like that for weeks now.
Because we now get the apex_crash.txt, which is supposed to help resolve the problems, I contacted the EA chat support (and attached the file).
My specs for the interested:
Intel Core i5-4690K 3.50GHz
Radeon RX 480
16GB DDR3 RAM
I spent over an hour with them and this is all I got (I will just copy - paste messages from the support):
- right click origin and properties>compatibility and check run this program as adminright click apex >select propertiesgo to compatibility and check box run as admin
- then please go to control panel>network and sharing.change adapter settings>wireless network connection>propertiesselect internet protocol version 4> use the following DNS address 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4
- then right click the game and select propertiesgo to security tab and click Editmake sure for all groups the system permission is allowed
- restart your router.
I couldn't reconnect to my support chat after all this steps, so I started a new one (got a different person this time).
Because previous tips I got were pretty standard (which I tried in the past), I directly asked about the apex_crash.txt and if this is helpful at all. All I got as an answer was:

Later I was asked to send my MSInfo file, after that to turn off Windows Defender and then try the game. Because it could take some time to test the game (sometimes my crashes are in the late game), support told me they will send me an email with more tips in case I crashed (click for more tips from the EA).
In the end all the "tips" I got I already tried (all of them are on the forum) and I notified about it my support agent.
Crashes are still in (and I never had such big problems with any game before) and I feel I wasted over an hour to get nothing, even with the new apex_crash.txt file. At this point I can only wait for the patch note to fix the issues.
Sorry to write this post a bit chaotic, I'm really mad about the support and constant crashes in game.
