Swamps checks out, Skull def doesn’t. You should be able to see that heat from another galaxy

Some context to this that McCord talked about in the replies to his tweet. You can check out more questions he answered and other fun notes in the thread: https://twitter.com/MonsterclipRSPN/status/1154564887403622400

"Surprised Skull Town wasn't bigger"

  • McCord: " Yeah - but Skull Town was not such a hot drop internally. We can't queue back up as fast (not as many players in-house) so each early death means you're sitting in the lobby longer. Made people play more carefully. "

I love how you can see the supply ship docked at airbase (makes me wonder if it wasn’t a fixed element (or landed there every time) at the time, given how prevalent it is on the heat map).

Ding ding ding! Good observation! It used to be a static fixture at Airbase. It was part of the initial layout before we had them flying around.

Not only that, but it has a slightly different layout. The two rooms up top aren't the same size and it's missing one room in the bottom

True! The room at the bottom was added very close to ship as a way to make it more viable as a landing location, and to give another option in that deadly corner fight.

Remember this is also movement. Tons of people land at skull but not vary many go through it mid or late game unless the ring pushes you there because you know it has no loot

This.
