[2021] Looks like worlds edge has blue skys again

And it will be the first map in ranked rotation! Olympus for the second ranked split, of course.

I don't work on map rotation, but as far as I remember it's Olympus/WE in pub rotation, with I think the usual Olympus only time for when a map receives changes (whenever we do a map update, we make that map exclusive in pub rotation for a week or so)
