February 17th, I gifted my bf the event bang skin from my account. I was so excited to surprise him. The game took my coins, i had 4/5 gifts left, and I couldn’t send him the gift again so I was pleased and sure it had worked. The 18th I told him to open apex so I could see his reaction, only to be met by nothing. I was in contact with support for a couple days, and they all said he had gotten it and to try some “basic troubleshooting issues” finally on the 20th when I got sick of it I went to record his account page to show he doesn’t have it, I was met with THIS…

A mutual friend on the 19th after hearing my complaints had sent him the skin, and low and behold, there it was in his inbox. However, aren’t you unable to gift someone something they already have? My point exactly. EA scammed me, took my coins, and delivered nothing. And still, when I link the video of him receiving the gift from someone else to show support, they still say I gifted him and won’t issue a refund.

Save yourself the trouble and learn from a fool like me, don’t gift anyone. Gifting is a loot-box in and of itself, it is a gamble.

Sent you a chat to gather some case details to hopefully look into this. Lmk.

Any chance you can look at the plethora of other cases too? The community has made this concern known since it launched. Even sending EA all the required info and it's still ignored.

Anything billing related, EA Support is still your best bet since accounts/payment goes through them. If folks have case numbers, drop me a chat with them and I can try to poke 'em.
