[2020] Heirloom bug. It takes sooo many more melees to kill a Rampart barrier with an heirloom than a normal punch(Could only test with Octanes)

The Apex team is enjoying a much needed week off right now but we have a fix for this that hopefully goes out next week. Thanks for finding, posting, being patient!
