Mine is Diego Maradonut (I linked my Steam account to EA account). My EA ID is nghoaglan. Pls check on this, my badges are lost, my level is reset, my trackers are reset to 0 as well
If you're missing more than just Breakout Challenge progress, then you'll need to create a post with EA so that they can look into your account.
nebulaEXE, I've also created a support ticket with no follow up for 2 weeks now. I got rollbacked during that day + my challenge progress was not restored (missing heirloom shards I got that day aswell).
