Is it just me or someone else has this problem as well?

After data reset issue that got resolved pretty quick, have to admit, now I have different problem: I don't get any points for the event, as in I checked how much I have before some games, it was 790, I completed challenge with damage for 420 points, yet I didn't get them, ALSO, somehow even though event window says that I don't have even first badge for 2500 points, I already have it and can even equip it.

How I can contact them or what should I do about it?

UPD:I played a bit and... nothing, even the packs I get from BP and level just don't appear at all
