Is the Evolve armor from purple to red mission bugged?

I've just won like 4 regular br trios games is a row (definitely evolved the armor) and this mission still hasn't went up.

its my last weekly mission and for some reason I cant do it. Am I doing something wrong here or is it just bugged?
