[2019] Not seeing the Summer Bash Event!

Wondering if anyone else on G Portal are seeing the Summer Bash? I have the correct patch and update on both server and game. I have restarted my servers and made sure the current AktiveEvent is Summer Bash. Still not seeing anything? How do you get the item? Emotes, bathing suits etc?

Hey, are you using -activeevent=summer to activate the event?
