They really pull me off my rock drake consistently. They cant even jump this high when were fighting but they somehow pull me through my drakes chest. Its not even just the drake, i get pulled off on a whole manner of large creatures and its annoying as hell when they break your hazmat suits etc because of this BS. I see everyone say theyre annoying but ive never really felt it until recently. I avoid raptors more than i do ichtyornis or pegomastax. Its like pre-balanced eels, only existing to be a huge pain in the ass.
Edit: My problem isnt with the fact they dismount its with the fact that it isnt working correctly, they shouldnt be able to just portal through time and space and rip me through a wormhole off my mount. When youre wearing hazmat or any other type of special armor its incredibly annoying to have to repair it or lose a chunk of durability cause of a bug.
If im on a ravager or something i can clearly be pulled off of it would make sense but when im on the back of a rock drake where there is no way it can reach me then it doesnt make sense. Im surprised i dont get pulled off my crab at this point. Megalo and carno already feel weird to be pulled off of but it could still be believable. Plus its not always just raptors around you. I got pulled off my drake fighting a 140 alpha basilisk maybe a week ago.
This is like when dinosaurs could attack through walls because their head goes through. In this case the raptor is leaping and its huge aoe for the pounce reaches you on a saddle and pulls you straight through to the ground. This isnt a nerf to raptors, its just a fix.
