I got on survive the ark to get help from an admin and I forgot my account info so I made a new account and they banned me for having more than 1 account. So now idk what to do. Can’t even contact support because I got banned and I don’t wanna make another account just in case. Any ideas?

You're not banned from submitting support tickets if you're banned from the forums. You can only get banned from support for gross abuse of the support ticket system.

With that said, DM me your forum user name and I can reset your password for you.
