Parasocial relationships are bad. Content creators/social media personalities and public facing devs don't love you, we aren't your friends. There may be a type of love for the communities in a conceptual and holistic way but please don't conflate that with anything more.

It saddens me to see people being taken advantage of, especially young impressionable fans 😔
