I have this cluster with 8 servers, but I want 1-6 to transfer everything to and from, while server 7 and 8 can not transfer items to 1-6. But how do I make it so you can still fully transfer between server 7 and 8?

Each server on the cluster can be configured separately, however, the entire cluster must be on the same host PC.
This doesn't do what OP wants. They want everything between 1-6, everything between 7-8, but no items from 7-8 to 1-6. This isn't possible with any of the current transfer settings we have for servers as OP essentially wants to have two mini clusters but allow them to interact with each other except for item transfers as if they were one cluster.
