[2020] Fix the kickouts on non-dedicated already

It’s been about a month now and every 30 minutes on xbox if you’re on a non-dedicated server it kicks out any players except the host. I figured after a month Wildcard would have a patch but still nothing. Makes playing with my buddy nearly impossible.
