@TheTogee The reality is I have my preference you have yours, and then there are the people that are actually in charge. What they say goes. And if something goes out from that account, it's been vetted. My account isn't, I post what I want and deal with the reprecussions.

@HainiteIsback I don't think anyone is trying to make excuses here. That wasn't my intent at least. My only intent was to say everyone had a rough day - including players.

@HainiteIsback I can understand that as a player, I can. But the team remains committed and passionate about correcting some of the things that currently plague us. Do I understand if a player has had enough? I do. But I cant convince anyone to keep playing if they don't want to.

@HainiteIsback My apologies, didn't mean to place expectations on you. unfortunately, I read too many comments sometimes and assume one comment is like the next.

@HainiteIsback Because new content brings in new revenue and new revenue is needed to keep the lights on (pay employees, servers, etc)

@HainiteIsback The better answer is you need to do both to remain healthy. Bug fixes don't bring in new revenue but they keep your existing players happy and potentially buying into your new stuff. So to your point, we have to do both.

It's confusing everyone on the team. it's obviously a real issue as evidenced by the increasing number of reports I'm seeing but it isn't at red alert level which makes it hard to get a whole team to look at.

@Sammy87226105 @Alexxyloo 50 percent of servers? I'm pretty sure the networking team would be seeing this. Regardless, I will mention it. In the meantime please put your server in the outage form so the networking team sees which servers are not showing.

@Li1yGraceGaming @LowlyEidolon @survivetheark @Jatheish Trust me I get it, just being real. The engineers can't devote time to it mostly because 1) they already have and 2) we don't have any new info to give them. They have to be able to repro to fix and they are unable to currently.
