[2019] Mana movement broken since the last patch? Ps4 only?

I play on ps4 and since the last patch, their movement feels f*cked. Almost every time I go to fly forward it now just nose dives to the ground instead... Bug or intentional?

I've tried to work out if i'm doing something wrong but I think it's just broken..
