[2019] Lots and lots of lag

So I haven’t played in a while so I’m not sure exactly when but I’m assuming it came with the Easter Update. Anyway. I’m getting lots of lag. Everywhere. It starts out okay and slowly gets worse and I’m not sure what to do. I’ve even deleted all of my files and created new survivors but it just keeps happening. Im on Xbox so I’m guessing the best thing to do is to just wait it out for the next patch.
