I realize everyone believes filing a ticket or using the outage form is useless but it really isn't. It's considerably more effective than tweeting at me - which you can continue to do.
@JustinHouchin On my end, when I say there's a problem with "x" server they are going to ask me where the ticket is or that they don't see any problems based on tickets. I'm just stressing the importance of a ticket in these scenarios.
@PepperJC But when happens when that same staging and bad acting still happens but just live? I've definitely seen my fair share of scripted 'live' content.
