[2020] Dev kit update news

When devkit updates are posted they will usually be added to the stickied post in this forum (https://forums.unrealengine.com/development-discussion/modding/ark-survival-evolved), and I usually send out a notification in the community run discord where most of the modding community is active.
A devkit update is in the works but they can take a while, especially large content updates like Crystal Isles.
