@Dododex @Polish_Ninja When the rates change in the API, they aren't immediately reflected on servers. Usually takes 10-15min

@bryklb2 @TerronScibe I can't answer all of your questions or provide insight on everything you asked because 1) I may not know 2) I may not have been cleared to say anything. And saying "I'm not clear to say anything" sends a message too, so sometimes I say nothing :) But I'm always watching!

@ScottDawley25 Because that wouldn't be true for people that are playing right now. We can't base event times while trying to factor in the time it takes to download, however, I do see your point. And we also base event times on where we are located. We could try to use UTC but its confusing
