Title says it all. I get that you guys messed up big time and it takes time to solve it. But not sending out any update messages or an ETA on when it's gonna be fixed really irritates the f*ck outta me.

EDIT 2: Apparently an update has been released! :) I'll check it out when I get home later today. In the meantime, any opinions on the update? Did they actually fix it or is it still crap?

Hi there! I haven't been on holiday. I live in Canada and was flown out to Seattle for the Homestead release, and then flown back home. Transit isn't super easy as it takes me two flights both ways. However I've been doing my best to keep our Twitter up-to-date, and posting announcements on the top of survivetheark.com.
