[2020] So is the consume multiplier up or no?

Just tamed a 150 mana in like...30 seconds with 30 mutton and all the mutton was gone minus 4. I know there was a post that WC didn't implement the food intervals like they had planned from last year but it seems to me tames are consuming food faster. Anyone else?

Also, what gives with the config.ini site stats? Seems almost everything is missing: http://arkdedicated.com/dynamicconfig.ini

BONUS: The Ark Evolved site event shows 3x taming here - https://ark.gamepedia.com/ARK:_Love_Evolved but it's only 2x. Misstype?
