This is an email I received from Jat after I helped them fix a bug, and after I stopped playing the game. I noticed a few months later when I loaded the game to play again that they banned me along with many other people. I reached out to support to ask why I was banned, and was told they do not discuss bans or allow appeals.
I understand a lot of people are in favor of bans because you imagine that they are banning only dupers/meshers/etc. Hopefully everyone realizes that it could be you getting banned as well and you are in a position to have to beg Wildcard to give you what you paid for.
The thing is bans don't work anyways, because the real cheaters just family share their game to an alt account and continue on. It only hurts legitimate players.
