Question targeted at the dev team:

Will there be systems in place to maintain relevance for all professions into the end game?

Context: The fantasy of being a crafter is engaging. In New World some professions were useful early but became useless into the end game. For example, Engineering professions in New World make tools, but since players can repair their own gear eventually there is no more work for the crafter once everyone has BIS tools. This caused market prices for tools to crash within months of the game coming out.

To combat the irrelevance of professions, please implement a system that requires people to revisit people with professions to upkeep gear.

Artisanship is the foundation of the economy in Ashes of Creation, and it matters to us to make sure professions matter at all stages of the game, including end game.
