oil jar duration... does that include damage? or does the dmg just happen in 30% of the time?
Damage would be reduced as it won't last as long
just checking because duration doesn't mean anything but time to me, so damage could be the same over less time.. thanks. I was guessing that was the case, just wanted to be sure.
