[2019] "Rename Ship" Option Broken

We only allow boats to be given a name once (by design -- something we'd like to expand more on with shiplogs and giving boats their own stories). On the release of the boat, if you don't use it up there, you should have the option to be able to change it later on (but just once). Will have the guys see if they can replicate it not allowing you to do so when canceling.

Is the option greyed out? Mind including a screenshot of it?
