Currently on the PTR, you can build inside Freeports and do absolutely whatever you wish to it. Below are screenshots.
As you can see someone has barricaded the entrance and encased the Crew Recruiter and Cosmetic Vendor completely, preventing anybody from accessing them. There's currently no way to demolish or destroy these structures except for waiting for the decay timer of 4 days.
Also, there are pillar and wall traps in the bay. Is this all intended or was there an oversight?
