[2019] PSA: There are two Intelligence armor bonuses. Only "+Intelligence" bonuses actually increase Intelligence.

After some trial and error, I was able to determine that "Intelligence" bonuses do nothing. "+Intelligence" bonuses stack additively with each other, and multiplicatively with your base intelligence from leveling.
