[2019] What happened to our hat cosmetic we were getting for being here since before the wipe?

They said players that played before the wipe would be getting a hat cosmetic. They showed it off on stream so obviously it's ready to be released.

All of the other cosmetics made it into the game that was announced that day. So where's the hat?
