Invites won’t work until all players have completed the HARM Training Room objective as Kamala.

You can launch whenever you’re ready to go forward. Companion AI will fill in empty team slots, so you don’t have to have a full 4-player party to get started.

Once you’ve unlocked the War Table, enable Matchmaking, select a War Zone or Drop Zone, then wait in the Quinjet until your Strike Team is ready.

You’ll only matchmake if players are all trying to launch the same mission & as different heroes.
