[2020] Black Widow Loot Table... can we at least get an acknowledgement

At the very least can we get some sort of acknowledgement about Black Widow's Loot Table?

Is she not working as intended? Is she the only one working correctly and every other hero is not? Are the developers aware?

We need some verbal communication on this issue. Many Black Widow mains are leaving her because other heroes are guaranteed Legendary Gear from Elite Vault/Hives/Villain Sectors, but for Widow... she instead gets a set of Rares/Epics with a chance of a Legendary.

So please... please... say something about this.
