[2020] Why does no one go for the chest?

Just grinding some gear/xp. People I play with aren't on yet.. Everymap I get.. No one goes for chest. Just rush straight to objective.. I don't get it. Anyone else experience this?

Im level 17, 50+ power. Most people I matchmake with are the same power. Surely they should know by now.

Personal tip, if you loot everything through the campaign you will level up your gear considerably faster than if you rush through objectives. If the goal is to progress, i recommend looting everything:)
