In weird news, I've also noticed every vault I run this week has those switches instead of the melee or ranged switches... But only when I play as Kate. Coincidence, or do you just not want me specifically to have chests 😔😅
Those should be randomized so likely just the RNG at work, someone is checking out the plate bug right now though. Will try to get that patched quickly.
