[2020] Crystal dynamics needs to speak up, and they need to do it now.

I understand this game is ridden with bugs that are beyond game breaking, and while I love this game, that love has very quickly turned to hate. I spent $30 on credits to get both an iron man skin, and purchase a bunch of tiers for Captain America’s challenge card, and now both have been bugged and stripped from me. I lost all progress on his card, and the game ate my iron man skin that I purchased. I understand that they may be aware of this, but we need a statement. I’ve now had something happen to me that could actually land them in trouble (I’m not that petty and I like the game too much, but just wanted to point it out). But they need to let people know they are working on this, as once I’m losing stuff that I’ve paid for, then these bug fixes need to be TOP priority, and maybe they are, but I’d like to actually see them say that it is. They are being far too silent on these straight up game breaking bugs. Come on guys, I want to love this game and look forward to the future, but PLEASE at least tell us you know of the bug and will fix it ASAP.
