Make sure to pick up your "Thank You" bundle before November 5 just by logging in. If you don't get it automatically, give it some time.

The Sarah Garza-inspired Nameplate is being delivered next week. Sorry for the delay on it :(

We're also super hard at work on patch V1.3.4, which should have some overall matchmaking improvements along with other bug fixes.
