In the Launch Trailer it looks like the Avengers are fighting against Abomination again on what could be an AIM Facility, maybe even the AIM Tower, judging by how high up they are.
I'd imagine we could be getting Single Player and Co Op fights for every villain, just to make sure we have tonnes of multiplayer content.
