[2020] Started a guide

Hi guys, as part of the FTS event I decided to start a guide, its not done yet. I've only done the first ranks, but ill continue as we go. Just wanted to post here so I could get some input.

I want the guide not to be about how to progress fast, but rather an goto document to get inspiration about what units to use and how to use them. To learn about different setups and ways to position units.

Heres a list of things i've left todo
1. Finish the rest of the ranks
2. Remove the Faction part, since its plain wrong. I wrote what came in my head, and that was how I thought it worked. Seems faction isnt linked to immunites in any way.
3. Add a description to each Unit about what it does.
4. Complete the Tactics chapter with different layouts explained and pictures of examples.
5. Remove unneccessary spacing between the Tables of the units

Now its taking some time, so bear with me :)
