I said, in a previous post that I may leave if the game continues in this path with monetisation. I have decided, that it's now a certainty. If the game doesn't change next update, I will quit.  In this message, I said I may leave is Soul Pylon wasn't fixed (You can read that message here if you're in the official Discord), that has also affected my decision.
The fact there has been no specific response was the tipping point. There was one message from dmund on the 16th. It told us that they were listening to feedback. Most of the community has gone quiet, I was hoping for something in today's stream. Even a "yes it's going to change", but there was nothing. Ok, yes, ulther said it might change at the start, and they were looking at feedback. This is what dmund said on the 16th. And, just because other's do it, doesn't make it good. A game designer's goal is to make a game fun. But, the best game designers don't use systems from other games, they redesign the systems, or make a new system that's better! Supercell first brought forward the chest system, they did it well, and now they're credited with it. Be the Supercell, make something new, innovate and design something everyone loves. The old system was original, and people liked it. This new system is nor original, and people seem to hate it. But, I'm not going to make this too long. If there was anything I did for Traplight, rather than the community, I would have stopped today. But I don't. Anything I do, the wiki, moderation, anything, I do it for the community. And I feel stopping doing any of these would just cause damage to the community, rather than the game. So, on Monday, if something doesn't change, I will be quitting Battle Legion. I know there's FTS2, a new dev for community features, even full launch and pve. Honestly, I can't be bothered to fight anymore. I am prepared to leave Battle Legion and delete the game if nothing changes.
What about all the stuff you do (wiki, TT, this subreddit)
I will try to hand off responsibilities, and will do so causing the least disruption possible. The only exception is moderation on the official server and youtube. I cannot hand over those responsibilities, so they will just stop being done.
Anyway, I'll give more info on this on Monday in the relevant servers.
